 Mouse On The Keys is a three-piece from Japan. This EP was originally released in 2007, but is now available in Europe as well.
Mouse On the Keys are from Tokyo and are inspired by the big city which results in their geometric and virtuous sound. Mouse On Keys is a a jazz approach to Postrock. They combine hectic and driving drums with two pianos and two keyboards to an abstract form of jazzy as well as classical-induced music with a postrock feel to it. Mouse On The Keys make you see pictures and take you on a ride through crowded streets filled with urban anonymity.
This is truly something I have never heard before and if you are into Postrock, Jazz or experimental stuff in any way, you should listen to Mouse On The Keys.
