 Rosemary from France play, to put it simply, Grunge Rock. Like a thousand other bands from all over the world before them – and obviously there is a never ending source – they were inspired by certain rock bands from the early 90’s. The record is well produced, has powerful and heavy guitars, not very exciting but good songwriting and the singer sounds like Kurt Cobain on the “Nevermind”-record. Everything you need if you’re into that kind of music.
German: Rosemary aus Frankreich sind, um es ganz kurz zu machen, eine Grungeband. Und das absolut pur und ohne Schnörkel, so wie es auch hier ganz viele gibt. Scheint, dass Grunge auch vor Frankreich nicht halt gemacht hat und immer noch Bands inspiriert, Muckermusik zu machen. Die Platte ist sehr gut produziert, hat einen fetten Sound, 8 unaufregende Songs, der Sänger klingt wie Kurt Cobain zu „Nevermind“-Zeiten und für Freunde des Genres ist sie wohl ein Schmankerl.
